At Haboo at Home, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@habooathome.com.au.

To assist with the assessment of your claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs and/or video footage showing the product, packaging, shipping materials, and any visible damage or fault

Haboo at Home reserves the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a claim.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or not as described, Haboo at Home will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or store credit.

Transit Damage

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order has been damaged during shipping, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Prompt notification assists us in investigating the matter with our shipping providers and arranging a resolution as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including where you have changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or do not personally enjoy the fragrance selected.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
